Personal Online Workouts Program
Program comes with* Personal Training only and allows you to schedule personal training appointment 3 times a week between the hours of (9:30-12noon, or 6pm-9pm, Mon-Thursday).
We communicate through text, email, instant messenger Or Skype. This program provides You get 3 workout routines, which will change every 2 weeks. At the end of each week, client Submits 4 angled pictures (front, L-side, rear, R- side). This gives your trainer the ability to assess your progress and determine what adjustments need to be made to workout program and or nutrition program*. Your workouts will be tailored according to your goals and needs. For example: if a client’s back need wider development and her/his quads need better development; the client’s workouts will be adjusted specifically and accordingly. (*meal planning may be included, for an additional fee).
