Prior to choosing a fitness program CP42 recommends a Fitness Evaluation.

Our Fitness Evaluation includes:

  • Fitness Analysis
  • Body Composition Testing & Explanation
  • Exercise Consultation
  • Nutrition Consultation (Basic Meal Plan, Calorie Count Program)
